Servicing & Maintenance

Looked after,
so you never think about it.

A water system is only as good as its upkeep. We service and monitor yours on a schedule built around your property, and answer emergency calls the same day.

Every contract is tailored, not a package, so you pay for the visits and checks your system actually needs, and catch small problems before they become expensive ones.

Planned upkeep, and cover when it matters.

A contract covers the work that keeps a supply right: scheduled visits, sampling and temperature monitoring, servicing of softeners, reverse osmosis, filters, pumps, valves and dosing, tank inspections, and the compliance records that go with them.

It also covers you when something goes wrong. Emergency calls are answered the same day, by people who already know your system rather than a queue.

Every contract is scoped and priced around your property. As a guide, water hygiene might mean a monthly visit, quarterly sampling and a tank inspection twice a year, but nothing here is sold as a package.

Why a treatment system needs looking after.

  • What it is

A schedule of visits built around your system: sampling, temperature monitoring, servicing, tank inspections and the records that go with them.

  • Why it matters

Treatment runs quietly in the background, so a fault goes unnoticed until the water changes or a test fails. Planned visits catch it early.

  • What you get

Same-day response from engineers who already know your system, records that stay current, and longer guarantees on anything we installed.

  • Water sampling and temperature monitoringRegular checks that your water meets the ACOP L8 hygiene standard.
  • Scheduled servicing of plantSofteners, reverse osmosis, filters, pumps, valves and dosing, kept efficient and long-lived.
  • Tank and system inspectionsCarried out at the right interval for your system and its level of risk.
  • Compliance recordsThe documentation you need to show your supply is being properly managed.
  • Same-day emergency responseWhen something goes wrong, we are on it, not leaving you in a queue.

Why put a system on a service contract?

Water treatment equipment works quietly in the background, which is exactly why problems can go unnoticed until performance drops or a failure interrupts supply. A service contract means the system is checked, sampled and adjusted on a planned basis, so small issues are caught before they become expensive ones. It also keeps your compliance records current and, on our installations, supports the longer pro-rata guarantees.

What does it cost?

We do not sell fixed-price packages, because no two systems have the same equipment, demand or risk. Instead we tailor each service contract to your system and agree the scope and frequency with you, so you pay for the attention your installation actually needs. We are happy to visit, assess what is there, and set out a clear proposal before you commit.

Can you take over a system that someone else installed?

Yes, and we are often asked to. We start by understanding what is installed and how it has been maintained, then set a servicing regime that suits it, whether or not we designed it. Taking on a neglected or unfamiliar system is a large part of what we do.

What equipment do you cover?

We service the full range of water treatment equipment, including water softeners, reverse osmosis plant, filters, pumps, valves and dosing systems. Because these components work together, we look at the system as a whole rather than treating each part in isolation. That way a change in one area is not left to cause a problem in another.

What happens if something fails between visits?

We offer same-day emergency response, which matters most for clients who cannot be without water or whose systems carry a compliance risk. Being on a contract means we already know your system when you call, so we can act quickly and with the right parts in mind. The aim is to keep any interruption as short as possible.

How often will you visit?

Visit frequency depends on the equipment, how hard the system works and any compliance obligations that apply to it. Some systems need frequent attention, others far less, and we set the schedule to match rather than to a standard template. Where monitoring to ACOP L8 is part of the regime, that shapes the pattern of sampling and temperature checks we build into the contract.

Do you keep records for compliance?

Yes. Servicing includes the sampling and temperature monitoring appropriate to your system, carried out with reference to ACOP L8 where it applies, and we provide the records that go with it. Those records give you a clear, documented history of how the system has been maintained. That evidence is valuable both for day-to-day management and for demonstrating that your obligations are being met.
